Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EALCH, operated by EA dba EALCH (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EALCH.

You must be at least 16 years old to use EALCH. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your password confidential.
• All activity that happens under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@ealch.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

EALCH offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Pro trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change, with notice before your next renewal.

New paid subscribers and Lifetime purchasers get a 14-day no-questions refund from their first payment. Outside the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See our refund policy for full terms, or email support@ealch.com.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute EALCH content or accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform or its lesson materials.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access.
• Use EALCH for any unlawful purpose.

All lessons, vocabulary sets, exam strategies, software, and branding on EALCH are owned by EA dba EALCH or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own exam preparation.

EALCH is an independent preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the official bodies that administer TEF Canada, DELF, DALF, or TCF. Those names are the property of their respective owners. While our method is designed to maximize your readiness, we cannot guarantee a specific score or result.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EA dba EALCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using EALCH and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? Email support@ealch.com.
