What is the Test d'évaluation de français (TEF Canada)?
The TEF Canada (Test d'évaluation de français) is administered by the CCI Paris Île-de-France and recognized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
It's the credential most applicants use to claim French-language points under Express Entry, and to meet the language requirement for Canadian citizenship. Your raw scores convert to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels, and a few points can change your draw outcome.
