What level of French do I need to start?▾
Zero. Absolute beginners are welcome. Your placement diagnostic identifies your starting point and we build the plan from there.
How do I begin?▾
Create a free account and take the diagnostic. It takes about 15 minutes and produces a personalised study plan and an estimated timeline to your target.
How much time should I study each day?▾
Most learners do 30 focused minutes a day. Consistency matters more than long, infrequent sessions; spaced repetition is built around daily review.
Exams
Which exams does EALCH cover?▾
TEF Canada, TCF, DELF (A1–B2), and DALF (C1–C2). Each has its own curriculum path optimised for how that exam scores.
How long does preparation take?▾
Typically 8–16 weeks at 30 minutes a day, depending on your starting level and target score. Your diagnostic gives a personalised estimate.
Is EALCH only for Canadian immigration?▾
No. Many learners prepare for PR with TEF Canada or TCF Canada, but DELF and DALF tracks serve academic and professional goals too.
Can I use EALCH alongside a classroom course?▾
Yes. Many learners do. The structured vocabulary, drills, and practice exams complement in-class instruction well.

Is there a free version?▾
Yes. The Free plan unlocks the diagnostic, your first lessons, and a sample vocabulary deck, no credit card required.
What's the difference between Pro and Lifetime?▾
Pro is billed monthly or annually and unlocks the full curriculum and practice exams. Lifetime is a one-time payment for the same access, forever.
What's your refund policy?▾
A 14-day no-questions-asked refund on new purchases, and you can cancel anytime. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I cancel?▾
Go to Account → Billing and cancel anytime. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

I forgot my password.▾
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.
Can I change my email address?▾
Yes, from Account settings. You'll confirm the change from your new address.
Do you have a mobile app?▾
EALCH runs in any modern mobile browser with no install. A dedicated app is on the roadmap; see the changelog for updates.
How do I delete my account and data?▾
From Account settings you can export or permanently delete your data. Deletion is irreversible and removes your progress.
